Welcome! I’m Kadie Lawson and I am the founder of RecovHER Counselling. I am a Masters trained clinical therapist who specializes in Healing, Empowering and Recovery for women.

My counselling practice is grounded in helping women navigate the impact of past or present trauma. My primary areas of focus include intimate partner violence, narcissistic abuse, anxiety, depression, self-worth, boundaries and emotional expression.
